If you need to reset your password, please follow these steps:
- Click on the Log In icon.
- Click on the Request New Password link (underneath the Username and Password fields).
- One the User Account screen, make sure that you are on the Request New Password tab.
- Enter the e-mail address that is associated with your AVL account.
- Click on the E-mail New Password button.
- You will receive an e-mail that contains a link that you will need to click on. Clicking on the link will take you to the Reset Password screen.
- From the Reset Password Screen click on the Log In button.
- Enter your new password into the Password and Confirm Password field and click on the Save button.
